Cuthbert Could Receive Up to 20 Years in Prison

A Baltimore man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing two young children.

38-year-old Frank Cuthbert is facing one count each of rape, gross sexual imposition and having weapons while under disability.

Officials say the alleged activity took place when the children were just 7 and 12-years-old.

Cuthbert is already a registered sex offender.

He was found guilty of gross sexual imposition and abduction charges in 1993.

If convicted, Cuthbert could spend up to 20 years in prison.
