An alternative fuel company has brought a filling station to Newark.
Coshocton based Royal Enterprises has opened a compressed natural gas station at 600 West Church Street.
In addition to fuel, the station will sell natural-gas-powered automobiles and offer repair serves.
Vehicles that run on gasoline will also be able to be converted to run on natural gas.
Proponents of the alternative fuel say CNG vehicles offer the same performance, power and fuel economy as gasoline models, but cost a lot less to fill up.
