One organization continued their commitment to supporting local troops involved in
the War on Terror.

Saturday, Thrivent Chapter 30776 held their “Support Our Troops” event again this
year with the Join Hands Day project at the Lookup Center in Newark.

Officials say they packed up 137 boxes and raised just under $1700 and received $1000 from Thrivent Financial for the event.
