Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for stealing copper wire and aluminum in Newark.

Newark Police report sometime between March 23-24 two spools of copper wire with a total value of over $5,000 were stolen from the 1200 area of Sharon Valley Rd.

Then on April 1, a large amount of aluminum sheets on a roller from a gutter making machine trailer were reported stolen in the 200 block of Quail Creek Dr.
